What we collect and why
Clients and prospective clients. Name, company, role, business email and phone, and the details of the role you ask us to fill. Used to respond to your enquiry, scope and run the search, and manage our relationship with you.
Candidates. CV contents, contact details, employment history, qualifications, salary and notice-period information, references, and notes from our conversations with you. Used to assess your suitability for roles, present you to clients with your consent, and keep you informed about relevant roles in future.
Website visitors. The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree, which stores the submission and emails it to us. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
Legal basis
We process client data to perform or prepare a contract with you. We process candidate data on the basis of your consent, given when you apply to a role, register a CV, or agree to be put forward, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
Candidate details are shared with a client only for a specific role and only with your agreement. We do not sell personal data. Our systems and service providers (applicant tracking, email, form handling) may store data outside Saudi Arabia; where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the PDPL.
Retention
Client enquiry data is kept for the duration of our relationship and up to five years after. Candidate data is kept for as long as we consider you a potential match for roles we work on, and is deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to a particular use. Write to contact@jobskeysearch.com and we will respond within the period the PDPL requires.
