Senior roles are handled by our most experienced people, and the consultant who takes the brief stays with it to the accepted offer. A delivery team of consultants, organised by sector, works every search alongside the account lead.

Omar Azam
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Founded JobsKey in 2007 and has led senior and executive search across the Kingdom since. Twenty-six years in HR and workforce operations spanning manpower outsourcing, FMCG, healthcare, entertainment and construction, including full P&L on a 3,000-person outsourcing operation and the Saudi market entry of an international outsourcing group. Works at ministry level on Saudization and HRSD compliance. MBA, HRMP, SHRM-SCP.

Faisal Banjar
General Manager
Faisal has worked in search and recruitment in Saudi Arabia since 2008, and has led JobsKey's client work since 2012. He has sat on both sides of the table: as a search consultant on VP, director and C-level roles, and as the in-house recruitment manager of a manufacturing group, where he built the hiring function and sourced internationally for skills the local market couldn't supply. At JobsKey he handles every client account himself, from the first brief to the accepted offer, and leads the consultant team; he carries the firm's most difficult and time-critical searches. His method is direct: map the market, approach the people who aren't looking, and present a shortlist with the salary and notice-period facts already established. Sectors: energy, manufacturing, FMCG, construction, real estate development and healthcare. AIRS-certified in direct sourcing, market mapping and internet recruitment; trained in psychometric and competency assessment.
